Senior Adult Counsellor - Part Time 22.5 hours
We’re looking for an experienced Adult Therapist, with experience of managing a team, supporting people to reach their potential whilst delivering a trauma informed counselling service to join our team.
​
You will provide specialist support, counselling, and therapy to Adults who have experienced sexual abuse, rape or sexualised violence.
​
East Lancashire.

Community Engagement Officer
The Community Engagement Officer role is a new role to Birchall.
The project will focus on engaging, helping, and providing opportunities for people who have experienced rape, sexual and domestic abuse to overcome social isolation and loneliness.
​
Post based in Morecambe.

Volunteer Coordinator
This new role at Birchall will see you make a stamp on our new volunteering and B-friending service. As part of the community engagement team you will lead, manage and coordinate our programme, supporting volunteers in all aspects of their journey, creating a clear volunteer pathway.

Flexible location (remote working) with regular travel to sites

2 x Wellbeing Practitioner - Part Time 22.5 hours
We’re looking for a Wellbeing Practitioner, to support people to reach their potential whilst delivering a trauma informed wellbeing service to join our team.
Providing practical support, advice, and guidance you will support a client’s recovery and enable them to develop self-help strategies to manage the impact of their abuse. This may include support around housing, benefits, court procedures as well as psycho-educational support such as mindfulness, grounding, stabilization, and relaxation to help reduce the symptoms of trauma.

One post based in East Lancs and the other in Fylde Coast.
