Immediate Help

Are you in danger?

If you or someone else is at immediate risk of harm call 999. A silent call will work if it is not safe to speak – call 999 and then press 55 when prompted.

If you can’t use a voice phone, you can register with the Police Text Service – Text REGISTER to 999. You will get a text which tells you what to do next. Do this when it’s safe so you can text when you are in danger.

If something sexual happened to you without your consent – or you're not sure – you can talk to Rape Crisis. No matter when it happened. Their 24/7 Rape & Sexual Abuse Support Line is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year:
