We offer one to one weekly counselling sessions to male and females of all ages who have experienced rape and/or sexual abuse in South Cumbria and North Lancashire.

Covid-19

Following NHS and Government guidelines due to Covid-19 our buildings are temporarily closed, and we are not able to offer face to face appointments. However, we are continuing to offer counselling online or by telephone, so our service is running as normal as possible. We are accepting new referrals so if you want to get in touch please either email or ring the office. Please continue to follow the NHS and Government guidelines and keep well.

Counselling for family and friends

The Birchall Trust appreciate the devastating impact sexual abuse can have of on a parent/guardian, a close relative or friends of the victim.
